MS: Big Updates & Halloween Celebrations

MapleStory Europe will undergo another big update regarding new map, striking new quests and seasonal event.
This patch is due to begin from October 22nd where the "Magatia" will be added and
various challenging single- and party quests in a fascinating medieval town will be encountered.
As for the Halloween celebration, it will be in the traditional way: players are invited to the mysterious, creepy pension of the former toymaker "Prendergast" who used to be the happiest man on Maple World until... something terrible happened to him.
